EducationCity Are Moving Up The Ranks

February 23, 2017

About EducationCity

EducationCity is a leading developer and publisher of teaching resources and educational content to schools. They have offices in Rutland, UK, and a sales base in Dallas USA – between both offices they employ over 100 people. Their specialist team includes education thought leaders including former headteachers and teachers. Trusted and used by schools in the UK and over 70 countries worldwide, it’s a product that works.

The Task

We were set the task of improving EducationCity’s search engine ranking positions to help increase the amount of traffic brought to their website. To achieve this we created an SEO strategy and used a variety of techniques to help boost their ranking positions.

What We Have Done For Them

To help improve the visibility of EducationCity on search engines, we did a lot of on-page optimising and content optimising, including the creation of blogs and infographics. The content we created helped their SEO, as well as providing shareable content that we could then use to do outreach with. Alongside this, we’re currently getting involved with on-going link disavowing, link mining, technical issue fixing and keyword tracking. At the end of each month, we do an in-depth report so we can monitor what changes have worked well, and which helped increase traffic.

What They Said

“We’re really pleased with the progress we’ve made from using Fifteen for our SEO projects. We’re already seeing benefits in terms of our visibility, and have high hopes for our new-style portal, which has embraced on-site optimisation principles from the outset.”

– Kathryn Marchant
