The brief
The system is easy to use and manages the HR function for many businesses UK wide allowing users to book holidays and report absences as well as access documentation in a safe and compliant space. For business owners and managers the software dashboard gives at-a-glance sight of team status and real time reporting. The ambition was to simplify HR and allow teams to ditch their spreadsheets.
With a project of this nature, planning and user experience design are at the forefront of the experience and have been critical to ensuring its success. Our design and development teams have worked together to produce first class software that hits the mark for our KPIs on security, usability, reliability and speed.
The solution
Alongside the platform, we delivered a dynamic brand to reflect the disruptive nature of the software within the market. We created an identity that offers a vibrant and energetic approach, encompassing the company’s spirit.
The system offers everything an organisation would require for holding and managing staff details and also comes with an employee web app for each individual to easily manage their own time and request those all-important holidays!
The result
Since going to market, the platform scooped the Northern Enterprise Awards ‘Leading Provider of SME HR Software Award’ last year. Managing Director, Lisa, said “We’re absolutely delighted to win!
