Leaders Romans Group (LRG) is one of the UK’s largest property services groups and was formed by the merger of three well-respected, established brands, Leaders, Romans and Boyer, in 2016. Since then the organisation has made further growth moves and now has over 200 branches and 2100 staff.

The brief.

After a competitive pitch, we started working with Leaders Romans Group at the start of the pandemic. As the only agency to ever win both creative and digital contracts, we were looking forward to generating results for the LRG teams.

We now deliver creative campaigns to LRG brands across the year as well as supporting marketing materials for their sales, letting and mortgage teams. This includes everything from creative concept through to rightmove banners, social media assets and video, billboard and electronic billboard design, window displays and signage, flyers and mailers, email campaigns and website assets.

The solution.

Fifteen developed one of their most successful outdoor (out of home) and online marketing campaigns. The Sellology and Letology formulas, made by the “scientists” at Leaders, are the secret to a successful house sale or house let. The campaign won Marketing Campaign of the Year at The Negotiator Awards 2022.

The result.

Working with LRG on their digital marketing strategies for SEO, PPC and social media we have achieved some of their best results to date. In PPC, conversions are up 61%, SEO sees a 42% increase YoY in organic sessions and social media has reached 842% increase in organic reach.

We now also deliver digital experiences providing consultancy on digital development projects and have recently completed LRG’s intranet design, development and delivery to support the vast team of employees and to facilitate joined up working and comms.
